In this subject you will learn about different types of cutlery, crockery, holloware, different types of restaurants, hotels etc. along with practical of serving defferent foods and beverages in different methods such as American service, Silver service, Russian service, English service etc. It also teaches cocktail and mocktail making.

FRONT OFFICE

Front office is the place where guest comes first. this subject covers telephone handling, grooming, handling reservation, guest dealing, critical situation handling, information procedure etc.

ACCOMODATION OPERATION

This subject imparts knowledge of how to keep room safe comfortable and hygienic, different types of rooms along with interior decoration, flower arrangement, colour scheme, floor covering, budgeting etc.
